Friday night Flea Market opens in conjunction with Balloon Glow &
Fireworks at 7 pm. Saturday 8:00 am til 7:00 pm. Sunday 9:00 noon til 5:00 pm |

| Booths | Booths are 25' by 12'. 150+ outdoor booths are available. Booths will be arranged in the grassy area south of the bridge. Electricity available for extra $15 (motor home camping $50). No water available. Self-contained camping at booth space allowed, larger spaces available for large motor homes. Food vendors, city owned and portable toilets located on the show grounds. | |
| Fees and Taxes |
Booth fee is $50.00. Add $15 for electricity ($50 if camping).
Food vendors $350 + $50 electricity. Fees are non-refundable.
No booths will be held without payment. Booths are assigned
according to date received with consideration given to category conflict. 8.75% LA sales tax must be paid at show before you leave. |

| Round-the-Clock Security | Security will be provided by the Vidalia Police Department. | |
| Eligibility and Selection | We like an interesting show with a variety of items such as antiques, crafts, glass, junk, tools, parts, hardware, jewelry, toys, collectables, etc. Please no illegal or pornographic material. We reserve the right to select our exhibitors and/or products at our sole discretion. | |
| Publicity | The show will distribute fliers and posters. Articles and ads will be in local and regional papers and national craft magazines. Highway signs and banners will be up in area. Radio 107.1 FM will offer specialty ads at discount prices. These are available by calling KFNV, 318.757.1071. | |

Motels Note: This is the same weekend of the huge Mississippi River Balloon Race, which brings thousands of people to town every year. Make your reservations now, or you may not get a room! |
