| Check-in | Friday 2:00-8:00 pm, Saturday 7:00-8:00 am. Booths will not be held past 8:00 am Saturday without prior arrangements. |

Saturday 10:00 am til 5:00 pm. Sunday 12:00 noon til 5:00 pm |
| Booths | Booths are 10' by 10'. 100 indoor booths are available. For electricity, bring your own heavy duty cords and duct tape. |
| Fees and Taxes |
Booth fee is $100.00 Fee is non-refundable after 10/01/08. No
booths will be held without payment. Booths are assigned according
to date received with consideration given to category conflict. 7% MS sales tax must be paid at show before you leave. |
| Tables and Chairs | You may rent 8' x 30" tables for $10.00 each in advance. Chairs may be rented for $1.00 each. Table rental fee due with booth fee in advance. Tables and chairs not guaranteed are available at door if not reserved. |
| Eligibility and Selection | We reserve the right to select our exhibitors and/or products at our sole discretion. We strive to have a top quality show with attractive booth displays. Please have table covers with no boxes showing for a professional appearance. |
| Publicity | Articles and ads will be on the radio and in local and regional papers and national craft magazines. Fliers, posters, highway signs and banners will be out. |
